I am tired about this

Really need some sleep, haven´t slept well for 8 days now, not since we got back from California...
I´m tired sometimes, but just can´t sleep. It´s hard to stay awake all night and maybe fall asleep at 06.30. Well, then I have slept for 30 minutes when the alarm sounds... During the days it´s everyday-work as usual. Maybe I can´t sleep because of my toothache? I went to see the dentist a couple of days ago, now waiting for a new appointment....been tired just to eat Tylenol all days:-(
Well, trying to get another 30 minutes nap...
